"Honestly, this kiosk thing sucks. My boyfriend doesn't like using them. Fir a valid reason. But the employees are so rude about it. Please remember not everyone wants/able to use the kiosk. Do better Taco Bell. I'm about to go find tacos elsewhere. The value and deliciousness has been going down hill for a while now. We bought nothing"

"Welcome to the future. I stood at the cash register starring at the menu board with no prices, until somebody finally tells me that the only way to place an order is via the kiosk. (They were polite). So I ordered at the kiosk. Then I went back to the register so that I could pay with cash. Welcome to the future of customer service! Don't think the employees like it anymore than I did. Taco Bell, bring back some customer service."

"So I am a very nice unhappy customer. And have been a regular at the store for over a year. So much so that a lot have f the employee know my order. I went in today to get the same order for always do but they refused to sale me my food cause all I had was quarters. First time for me having to do this. Just waiting for my check to post but they refused because they apparently only take up to five dollars in change and they have it posted no where. As much as I enjoy the food I will never step foot in there again. That was the worst customer service. They have now lost a regular."

"Aside from this location almost always leaving out tomato and sour cream when I order anything Supreme, Today I was served a nacho bell grande that smelled foul. The beef looked ‘off’. Not sure if it was expired, but it certainly seemed like it. The chips used in the nachos were definitely stale, though. The price for what you get just isn’t worth it anymore and I won’t be going here anymore."
