"Restraint smelled bad in some places, customer service was poor from the trainer, the trainee hopefully does not pick up those bad habits he was fine. Overpriced for what we got,, She (the trainer)told me that it's fast food and to compare to other fast food prices. She was rude to my group. The guy behind She was fine too, but I found he is an employee. Just bad would not recommend!"

"They usually have a younger staff so please keep that in mind when visiting and be patient. They have a new drive thru method which has sped up drive thru time tenfold, nice job guys. Used to be about 15 minutes at night and now it’s as fast as McDonald’s. Every visit here is great and the staff are very friendly."

"They could do better. Wasn't able to go back to get this corrected as we had already driven 8 miles away and had appts to keep. Called and no help unless we turned around. So here we are on reviews."

"Fries were hot & tasty but the cheeseburger wasn't. Stale bun, overcooked meat and cheese that looked and had the consistency of plastic wrap. Usually it's much better than this."

"Not the Dairy Queen of old. The drive thru had a line of cars wrapped around the building and so I went in the lobby to place my order. Two employees were cleaning the lobby but no one acknowledged me for nearly 10 minutes. The building smelled of sour milk and chemicals. I placed my order for 2 drumstick blizzards, 1 dirt blizzard (no gummy worms), and a cup of ice cream. Nearly 20 minutes later I got my order: dirt blizzard was incorrect and more than halfway melted. None were mixed well and we couldn't finish two of the blizzards that had clumps in the middle. As I left the last car from the drive thru (that I would have been behind) was getting their order. Note, too, that the employees were too busy chatting with each other to acknowledge customers."
