"ordered 2 sandwiches specifically asked for 1 to be toasted and 1 to only have a line of mayo/mustard. well it came out cum-blasted with mayo and mustard we have tried saying a little once another time light same result. the other sandwich was not toasted. in their defence we did come in 15-20 minutes before closing they were probably drained and not at full capacity but that doesn't excuse the cumblasting of condiments"

"Got a sandwhich and it was litterally bare bones meat(when i paid for extra)and it was loaded with pickles. I double checked my recipt and no where does it say extra pickles. Paid 12 dollars for 12 inches of trash"

"They completely messed up my order by adding things to my sandwich I did not order and didn’t add the things I did order. I got told I need to check their work before taking a bite in order to review a replacement or refund. When I asked “how do you expect me to tell you didn’t add my vinger and oil without taking a bite. The assistant manager who is clearly the one who made the sandwich and refused to give me her name said I needed to check for a glossy look. Why is it my job as a customer to double check their employees work for food I payed for?! Then when I asked for the higher ups contact info I was then told “you won’t stop talking so I can give it to you.” And when I responded “okay sis, tell me it then.” I then got told I called her the B word and hung up on. This subway and it’s managements are complete jokes. Do not waste your money here."

"Great visit, happy that dining in was possible. Greeted at the counter. Ordering was easy though we knew what we wanted. Produce and product looked fresh and well laid out. Place was clean and drink stand was prepared and stocked. Bathroom was clean. Food tasted fresh and made to my request."
