"I'm very disappointed to say this, but my last experience here left a sour taste in my mouth. I have been a loyal and happy customer for a long time now, and over the years have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment. They have a rewards program where they give out a magnet when you get a pizza; collect enough magnets and you get a discount/free pizza. This time, I ordered a small specialty pizza that costs more than a medium pepperoni pizza, and a large order of chicken wings. I was unaware of this rule, but apparently they only accept the magnets when you order a medium, large, or giant pizza. When I went to hand in my magnets for my order I was told that they couldn't accept them for my order, since I got a small. The manager was very firm, even though my pizza cost more than a medium pepperoni. I tried to explain that fact, and he said that these are the rules the owner made, and he wouldn't budge. I tried to compromise, and I asked if I could at least get a magnet for my order, since it was a very expensive order; he responded saying that it could cost him his job if he gave me a magnet. He didn't come up with any solutions to this problem, and simply kept re-stating that they only accept magnets for medium, large, or giant orders, he would NOT give me a magnet, and pointed to the policy (which isn't very clear since they never explain it to customers, and it's written on a small note that isn't very obvious when you go in to order). I was very exasperated, since my order cost even more than my normal order, yet they wouldn't even give me the discount (I saved up a lot of magnets, so I probably spent around $300 before I decided to finally use them). Finally, I asked if I could order a medium, since they wouldn't give me the discount, and I no longer wanted my original order. After this, the managers tone changed and he was happy to take my new order; he even offered to cook the pizza himself to speed up the process, and cook me a new batch of wings so they were fresh. In the end, they had to throw away my original order (around $45 worth of food) and I had to wait another 20 minutes, but they took my magnets and gave me the discount. I just don't understand why they wouldn't give me the discount (seeing as how it was a very expensive order), or compromise and give me a magnet. They likely ended up costing the business more money than if they had just honored the discount or compromised with me. I highly doubt that the owner would fire the manager for giving me a 20 cent magnet (instead he chose to waste a $45 dollar order, and re-make me a new order). Overall, the experience left me feeling unwanted, and I don't know if I will order pizza from them for a long time now. I am normally a very kind and generous customer, and I like to get along with everyone, but this time I felt I was being scammed, and I wasn't going to allow that to happen. I hope they can figure out a better rewards system, and explain the rules to customers before they make orders with the intention to turn in their magnets."
"This is my favorite pizza place! The most important thing to me is the sauce and sausage on a pizza, and both are outstanding. The toppings are to the edge of the pizza, and they do not scrimp on putting toppings on their pizza. Parking is easy, and the atmosphere is your typical pizza parlor vibe. There is a full bar as well. The hot and spicy is a nice combination; give it a try!"
"Tried this new spot and the pizza was so delicious. It's was so flavorful and served hot. There is an area for kids to play, and on the other side is adult area for drinks football and gambling. Now I would have gave a lower score for service, but ya know the woman was the only one that showed up to work and did the very best one human serving so many people could do. Did it take awhile yes it sure did but was it worth it yes I would do it again."
"Went her and got a couple apps. Want to try their lunch specials, awesome prices. Got some pickle spears, yummy! Good size portions. Was pleasantly surprised to find a full bar attached. Cathy was knowledgeable and super nice! Had a super delicious lemon drop with homemade blackberry simple syrup. It was sooo good!! Highly recommend, "The Other Side" bar was a great feature. Lots of TVs, video poker and a beautiful top shelf!"
