"We took our late 90’s mini Winnie to Scott with a not running generator, mystery water leak, and the water heater wasn’t working. He let us know he had several rigs to work on before us but he let us bring ours in anyway because it was the only time that worked for us. We were surprised to get a call from him a couple days later saying that he had found and fixed the mystery leak. He also had information including the price for the parts we needed for the generator and water heater. He also had found another issue he thought we might want him to fix with the stove hood. Once the parts came in he told us we could come and get it anytime. When we came to pick it up he showed us his work including a little extra something he did with the water heater free of charge. He gave us tips on how to keep the generator in good shape. We were surprised at how little labor time it took him. He is the only person I will take my rig to in the future."

"Slater has saved me so much time and money. His knowledge base is better than any mechanic I've ever met. He helped me troubleshoot my RV over the phone by physically describing what the electrical panel and interconnect looked Ike from his own visual recall, even without ever seeing my RV or needing a manual or schematic. He told me what to listen for to tell if the switched were working properly and walked me through each step to troubleshoot . I was floored by his deep understanding. When I had him look at my new to me RV, he walked me through each of the systems, advised me on what to be cautious about, quirks with this or that, maintenance tips, things to avoid, and so much more. He tuned up the motor, inspected everything and made me feel confident in my purchase. Beyond RVs, he has helped me and so many others with remote mechanic work on our cars and gamblers. There really isn't anyone I could imagine more thorough, professional or talented than Slater. If you need help, he-s the best! I wish there were more than 5 stars. He deserves them!"
