"If I could give ten stars I would. Tom's Tire Pros are absolutely amazing! I had to replace two hard to find tires on my vintage motor coach. Not only does Tom's Tire Pros have excellent stock and access to hard to find tires, but the entire Staff are awesome! Tom took care of me himself and spent the extra time to help me understand everything in the Warranty. Tom's Tire Pros is the one place I will go to in Coos Bay Oregon for the foreseeable future. Thank you for everything! Edit: true to my word, I'm back at Tom's. They ordered the tires and had them delivered the very next day. The technician is getting ready to get started now. I'm still very pleased with everything about Tom's!"

"Excellent customer service. Honest as Abe. The ladies who run the shop are top notch and Mike is a true professional. We had a tire on our new rv trailer that had a slight bulge in two areas. He explained the issue and gave us a peace of mind that we did not have to worry. On the road for a 8 month trip around the country. I would highly recommend this tire store."

"Betty White's got a new pair of shoes!!! Thanks to Tom and the rest of the gang at Tom's Tire Pros! New wheels and Tires! It was a great experience. Very professional and competitive pricing. In a time when customer service is a dying trend with most businesses, it was a breath of fresh air to do business with Tom. Their customer service is on point! I had some spec/clearance concerns with the tires and wheels I wanted with the lift I have on my Jeep. "We recently got new tires on one of our family’s cars. We decided to try Tom’s Tire Pros as they were new and we’d heard good things. The service was fast and friendly! Tom himself welcomed us and talked with us about our needs. They were very knowledgeable about the different tires and which ones would work best for our needs. The prices were very affordable so we went for one of the nicer options. It is so nice to know our family is safe when we drive—the tires drive smoothly and I feel safer when it rains. We will absolutely return when our other vehicle needs tires!! I can not recommend them enough! Thanks, Tom, to you and your team!!!"
