They got back to me very quickly and held the part for several hours so I could make the trip. Although used, it was extremely clean and ready for some paint prep. When I walked in to get a part the staff acted annoyed I was even there, no one looked me in the eye, and they were rude. Not just rude, but obnoxious. So I walked out and I took my business elsewhere …. I won’t ever spend a red cent there after my experience dealing with them. Too bad, because they could have gained a new customer. They didn’t just loose one customer, but those that I will advice not to go there too. I always try to buy local and hate ordering online because it hurts local business, but I’m going to have to this time."

"Ordered a used radiator… was supposed to be a good used one with 30 day warranty… checked radiator when it arrived and had a small hole in the core… called back and they will refund my money but are making me pay the return freight which is 153.00… so I’m out 153.00 and still no radiator"
