"The best donut shop by day, a fun cocktail atmosphere at night. We enjoyed going to The Cellar as part of our date night. I ordered the spicy jalapeno margarita, which gave me the best spicy and sweet that I was looking for. I also ordered the steak medium rare, which was cooked perfectly and included potato wedges and asparagus. Everything tasted fresh, the atmosphere felt clean and had a low light, evening vibe going. Everything seems wheelchair accessible for those wondering. Parking might be difficult to find since it is on Main Street. If you're looking for a fun and intimate spot to go sans kids, I'd recommend The Cellar"

"My friend and I dined here tonight, and we both absolutely loved it. They have a fun cocktail menu. All the drinks had fresh fruit in them and were pretty and tasty. The main course was beautifully presented and delicious. They even had dessert made from donuts which were cute and also super yummy. I would highly recommend."

"Eat here!!! This place is a donut shop by day and upscale eatery by night. I have eaten here a few times, and their service, food, and drinks are always top-notch. The menu is small and rotates every season with delicious small plates, salads, entrees, and dessert. The service and food can not be beat. "What a wonderful surprise to find this little gem in Lebanon Oregon. One could dine out 30 times and still not duplicate the wonderful evening I had at The Cellar. Unique, cozy and intimate dining by a wonderful capable staff. The craft cocktails can not be duplicated by a single bar in Lebanon. Creative, clean, well balanced and tasty craft spirits. I had the Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita and the Palamos Refresher. Both were refreshing and delicious. The chorizo smoked gouda stuffed jalapeno with garlic lime aioli was off the chart. Best combination of any stuffed jalapeno I have ever eaten. Amazing flavor profile and colorful plating. My entrée was gigantic. I mean to the point of embarrassing. The fried chicken breast was cooked to perfection. I mean juicy and light crispy crust. It was served on an ocean of risotto and topped with a classic French sauce (veloute) with cremini mushrooms. Chef, the star of the plate was the perfectly cooked amazing flavored chicken. Too much risotto on that plate. Difficult to eat and it took away from the best part of the dish. They had one dessert so I decided to try it. Creme Brulee bananas served with homemade local vanilla bean ice cream. This dessert was creative and delicious. The chef actually came out to the table and talked to me. I was blown away because she is self inspired and self taught. I have met numerous formally trained culinary chefs who just could not cook. Beautiful plates with dazzling flare, but at the end of the meal, the most important aspect is always going to be flavor. Ciara can cook. Her pairing is just natural talent. Really enjoyed the place. Big city dining experience with little town pricing. If you haven't tried this place, it is a must try."

"Downtown Lebanon's coolest new spot is an amazing getaway for a couple or small group of friends. An excellent alternative to 1847 for later professional rendezvous as well. The Cellar undergoes a simple yet dramatic transformation when it takes over from SugarVibes, with only a lingering smell of donuts reminding you of the location's day job. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, conducive to intimate conversations. The selection of enjoyable wines and cocktails adds to the ease of one's night. The menu is perfect for the small town palate, with dishes made of familiar items presented in unique and delicious ways. A word of wisdom to the larger appetites-- be prepared to drop some funds or supplement with a second meal, the Cellar focuses on quality over quantity. We had a wonderful night at the Cellar, enjoying delicious food and each other's company in this easy going yet elegant downtown hideaway. Definitely check it out."
