Pizza Hut 3190 South Santiam Highway, Lebanon, OR 97355

"We went to Pizza Hut for a rare treat since my hubby hasn't been there before and I myself hadn't been back for a long time. Well, I promptly remembered why I hadn't come back when we went in. The lady at the front greeted us with no smile and gave the impression that seating us for a dine in was the last thing she wanted to do that night. I even asked her if it was "okay" that we wanted to dine in because she was very off putting. After we were seated and given menus we must have been promptly forgotten about, didn't even get water. There were kids there which is great for a family place but the kids were absolutely screaming the entire time. Jumping on tables jumping off the seats running around like crazy. I have 3 kids.. if mine were acting like that I'd take my dinner to go and go home. It was just too much. After 40 minutes of waiting (yes we were able to order finally) we decided enough was enough and we headed out the door. As we did we saw our order was ready so we grabbed it and paid but even as my husband looked at the food he asked her if that was the whole thing. She said, "Yup that's what you ordered." Charged us and promptly went into the back. It was just awful."

"Wings were great. Pizza is aweful. To be expected, really. ANY chain pizza these days is trash. I miss the 90s when even chains used real sauce, hand spun crust, real cheese etc. And on a Friday or Saturday night. Pizza places were POPPIN. Dominoes had The Noid, Round Table had The Knights, etc. Do yourself a favor and just find the local Pizza joint. JAMES GANG here in Lebanon is the best hands down."

"Okay I can't believe how not packed this place was. We ordered a large cheese stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and banana peppers. If you've never tried that combination I highly recommend you order that now we got the butter flavored crust but I think next time I will try the garlic. They had diet mountain dew they have those crane games that you can play they have pinball machines so sad that I have a salad bar anymore or is my favorite thing to do we used to be able to go get a $2 salad bar before pandemic. Crossing my fingers at those come back. Are waitress / the manager was really really nice and I like to remember our food even though she wasn't writing it down and it came out quick and I think you should go there or order from there. They have comfortable boots and they also have a bar. I don't like to promote desserts really cuz we don't need that sugar but dang those Cinnabons were soft and warm. This is not a gluten-free friendly place."

"So I must say the food there is awesome I like going and purchasing a dessert every once in awhile to enjoy at home. But tonight when I went there and ordered just one single order of 10 Cinnabon Minis at 10:00 at night with not even a single car in the parking lot I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my order! This is absolutely ridiculous during lunch hour then yeah I could understand but really 10:00 p.m. and it takes 45 minutes? I don't know who they have working there but it sounds like they spend more time doing everything other than what they're supposed to be doing in getting orders out the door. I had plans to do some grocery shopping at Walmart tonight but because my order took so long I ended up having to cancel my plans to go grocery shopping for another day. If you are in a hurry or want Speedy service I would not recommend this place I literally had to sit at the pickup window for almost 10 minutes just for them to come to the window they need to step their game up I will not be returning unless they figure out what Speedy service means and not taking 45 minutes for some cinnamon rolls. I must say my visit was very disappointing and frustrating because of the wait"
