"Good sandwich at fair price. Quick service. Jay the waiter is superb! I watched him handle the place alone I including serving a large group of people. He bussed tables, hosted, cashier's and was on top of it all with efficient and kind service. He knew how to handle all that and still took particular care of elderly customers. He deserves a note of commendation. I haven't been in Shari's for more than a year nd was appalled at the condition! Booths torn up, lights out in some areas and dirty fixtures and windows. Your customers and staff deserve better!"

"Shari's pie are by far the best I have eaten. There a little slow sometimes and the temperature is a little cold for my liking. But hey I can't have everything right,the food is good and the waiters are fabulous. Nice place do dine."

"When we first went in the waitress told us to sit anywhere. There was less than 10 customers inside. We sat in a corner booth. The waitress then asked us to sit at a smaller table because it was just 2 of us... But the place was near empty... There were more dirty tables than clean ones so we had only one choice of booth tables. After a few minutes the waitress took our drink orders. I ordered a coffee and my girl ordered a soda. The coffee came with no cream or sugar and no offer of cream or sugar and the soda came in a small plastic cup. Both drinks were over 3 bucks. We then both ordered the country fried steak dinner that comes with 2 sides and a roll. The food took over half an hour and came with no dinner rolls. The waitress was not rude but was not nice and it felt like she was looking down on us. She also seemed very lazy. When we finished she was quick to bring us the check, which was over 38 dollars. We paid and left with no thank you or have a good evening. I plan to never return."
