"This is my go to place downtown!! The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. The staff are outgoing and always friendly. I enjoy their specials and nothing beats a house made Lemon soda & vodka."

"It has been over a year since I last dined at Conversion Brewery in downtown Lebanon and after todays $25+ dollar extremely burned dinner (margarita pizza and garlic knots) it’ll be 5 more years at least until I try it again. My great experience here began by going to the bar top/counter in order to order some food…the woman serving blatantly acted like she did not want to be working at all. Ignoring the poor customer service, I ordered a pizza and the knots to go. After receiving the food, I was surprised initially by how small the pizza was. It’s the size of a medium pizza from almost every other pizza restaurant…and with a much higher price as well as fewer toppings on it. But all of those things weren’t the worst part of this “experience” ….it was the extremely burned food. I understand a wood fire is just that….but the pizza and the knots were so burned, the entire dinner tasted exactly like that…very burned food and no other flavor. My entire family was extremely disappointed. After my family only had eatin 2 slices….we couldn’t do it anymore. I went to go pay for some actual edible food from somewhere else now for my family. Poor customer service + higher priced smaller portioned burned food=big negative on revisiting this place for a very long time, if ever again."

"My husband and I stopped in on Wednesday and our server (I think her name was chi) was very knowledgeable about the beer options. She was very patient and able to find us the PERFECT drink. Her experience and warm smile was one to remember."

"My husband and I went here for our date night for the first time. Not a single thing was disappointing, very clean, an informative server, food was hot and delicious. I cannot wait to go back and try more food and drinks."

"This is an update from our original review below. We made it back again and this time we tried one of their wood fired pizzas. This one happened to be the daily special and it was delicious, bacon and apples drizzled with balsamic vinegar, WOW! Of course the beer was great. We had the Brethren double IPA and toasted marshmallow Stout. And yes they do have cans of select brews available for taking home. Great brewpub! First the beer. It was our first time so we were unfamiliar with their beers and decided to go for the taster tray and were glad we did. All six beers ranged from good to exceptional. We tried IPAs, a Belgium, a Porter, a barrel aged Stout and a Wheat beer. The Wheat beer was a very pleasant surprise and turned out to be our favorite. The Food. We didn't try the wood fired pizza (next time). We had the BLT and the roasted wedge potatoes. Both very good. The BLT was a little on the wet side with the dressing the way I like it. I'm sure you can ask for it on the side if you prefer. The entire staff is just amazing."
