"Parts quality is terrible. The ignition coil on my Silverado went out and I had had it towed to Bill's. They diagnosed it quickly enough and replaced the part. The day I picked it up I drove it 2 miles before it died and they replaced the ignition coil AGAIN. Fast forward 6 months and I started getting multiple cylinder misfires. My regular shop had to replace the cat converter ($400) due to all the fuel dumping into my exhaust. They replaced several fuel injectors, a fuel rail, and distributor cap ($900) trying to alleviate the problem with no success. Finally they replaced the ignition coil ($70) despite it being brand new, and it runs great again. I ended up with $1300 in repairs because of the poor quality of parts they put in originally. I would recommend a another shop!"
