"April greeted me, a traveling stranger as soon as I walked in.. & another guy saw the empty Dex-Cool I was carrying & quickly returned with the right one I needed. She was most helpful showing me the different funnels & then at checkout pointed to a cardboard box that was just narrow enough to store the Dex-Cool (& incidentally fit perfect in the back storage compartment in my Motorcoach). All in all I was well taken care of & headed down the road a Happy Camper."

"DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THEM! They have screwed me a couple times now. The parts dont work right out of the box and they wont let you return it. The "policy" applies to all electronics so even if you pay $1000 and get the wrong part you're just stuck with it. I have been a loyal returning customer to them for years and have spent thousands of dollars there while hardly ever returning anything. Its a shame they can't extend the slightest curtesy."
