"We had our truck paint touched up due to a known manufactures paint code defect, it was warrantied (fixed under warranty) once prior to the sell of the company. The rain channel on the roof, a very difficult area to properly prep, is again needing warrantied. I took the truck in, photos were taken and I was told I would receive a call from them but never did. A few weeks later I called and left a message with the front desk for a call back which I did not receive. Once again I called, this time I received a call back to tell me that they can not warranty it due to the problem being the metal not the paint code, that has caused the problem. What bull!!! The new company does not want to warranty the prior company's work done. We have used this shop for years for many vehicles but we will no longer use their services and anytime I hear someone talk about Auto Art (now known as Mackin's Auto Body) or needing work done I will discourage the use of this shop."
