"My family loves this place! Burgers are great and the shakes are homemade! I've never heard the line, "..... The shake machine is down" lol! You can tell that all of the ingredients are fresh and never frozen. It's quality stuff! The only thing I don't like is the location, but the food and service more than makes up for it! Highly recommend!"

"The employees were very kind and helpful. The food is normally really good , how ever the fries were way to salty and the burgers were different each time we go there. I do enjoy the food and will continue to go. I would like to see more consistency in the food products. I order my fries with no salt to avoid that issue again. But all an all great place for the price."

"I ordered my cheeseburger without buns to cut back on the carbs. I am diabetic. I miss eating their fries, but it is what it is. Without buns, you have the option of getting your burger in a lettuce wrap or a bowl. I chose a bowl and an unsweetened tea. It was delicious, as I have come to expect from Five Guys, Burgers and Fries. What I did not expect was for the lobby to be such a mess. It wasn't THAT busy, one of the gentlemen at the registers could have easily stepped away between orders to wipe down the tables and sweep. That was disappointing. Oddly, the restroom was cleaner than the lobby. You don't see that often. The staff was very friendly. Jamie B. Was very patient with me while I figured out what I would order. This was my first time coming to a Five Guys location since finding out that I am diabetic. Would I recommend this location, despite the mess? Yes, I absolutely would. Five Guys, Burgers and Fries is one of my favorite burger franchises. If you haven't tried their food, you should. Hopefully, the lobby will be cleaner when you do."
