"I ordered a combo that was supposed to come with a code. It did not come with a code, customer support refused to help and the employees had no idea how to help. I kindly asked for a manager to call me but received no call. Pizzahut loses another customer , too bad because the employees and food are decent . Also customer support demanded my full name, address, phone number, zip code and a bunch of other personal information. Take in consideration that customer support is open extremely weird hours like 4pm to midnight we can safely assume they are using foreign call centers to take our calls and steal our personal information. Hopefully I can find out how to report them and have an investigation done into where our information is going and if it's being sold."
