Dairy Queen

"To whom it may concern, I am a local resident who eats at this DQ on a somewhat regular basis. But unfortunately after the terrible disrespect, everything from the drive-thru attendant saying “welcome to Taco Bell how can I help you” to having a conversation while staring at my credit card saying “cocaine being one hell of a drug” with the drive-thru window still being open and my 12 year old daughter sitting in the rear passenger seat. I find this whole experience being incredibly disappointing and unnecessary. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so in an effort to discourage other families from visiting this establishment during evening/dinner hours for fear of them having the same experience."

"Got yelled at for making a mistake via drive through.. mistakes happen right? I asked her not to yell at me she verbally reprimanded me again. She asked me what else I wanted and I said someone else to help me. She kept having attitude so someone shut off her headset and said I'm taking over what do you want? Wow will never patron there again. And will be calling corporate tomorrow. Also all 4 fry order were cold and old. We've tried this place time and time again. 3rd mishap in a row."

"Last Friday 12.01.2023,we ordered a take out from dairy queen. I am not a fan of French fries so I just usually ordered two chesseburger. While we were eating, my husband throw away the half of his burger and he said that the meat smell and kinda taste weird. But it was too late, I already ate the two cheese burger and drink my hot fudge malt. Few hours later, I had a severe stomach ache, vomiting and diarrhea. After i thrown out those meat that I ate I felt so much better. But it caused us going to emergency. I will never eat to that dairy queen anymore eventhough they will be my last options. Health Department should look at this place, they can kill people like us that are immunocompromise!"

"Got a really good Blizzard. Unfortunately, to use the restroom, you have to purchase something. Not an issue one usually encounters at chain restaurants. But a rule is a rule."
