"I already left a review, but is such a great experience that I'm going to leave another. When you think pizza, does gourmet come to mind? How about high quality ingredients? REAL cheese? If you do, you must be at Coburg Pizza Company! This is still the best Pizza place in the area, and yes the Springfield location is just as good. Just know that it will take time to get your garlic knots and stuffed crust Pizza because quality food requires some time. I should really give this place a 5 star on service because the new cashier taking my order was exceptional in her demeanor even though she needed training on the menu. I'm sure she will get there. Oh, and yes I would drive out of my way to eat here when we need pizza."

"Cozy spot to eat some amazing pizza on this cold and icy day! The Americano (?) pizza with a gluten free crust was delicious. Friendly, helpful staff and good atmosphere made the experience a solid 5 out of 5!"

"I drove here. I'm not sure what street parking is available, but there are just a few spots in their parking lot. I ordered a medium thick crust, 1/2 Willamette luhau & 1/2 vito... the thick crust had that old school "fried" crust from my formative book club, pizza hut years it was good, I took half the medium to go."

"Hands down, one of the best pizzas I have ever had. It is a different style of pizza from what you will normally get out of Northwest style pizzas. However, the perfectly baked crust that has a nice crispy layer on the bottom, but a great dense yet airy chew in the crust was absolutely fantastic to go along with the great sauce, cheese, and other toppings. The service was good, and they are used to being busy and let you know that it will be a longer wait before you even order. If you aren’t in a rush, I can’t recommend this place enough! I just wish I lived closer."

"Often, when a place is cutesy, it's telegraphing the message that architecture is more important than food (ie. Chucky Cheese). Not so with Coburg Pizza Company. Likewise, a huge menu is usually a red flag and indicative of many mediocre foods. Not in Coburg. Pizza choice is highly personal. Portland has some great pizza spots, but Coburg Pizza blows them away in terms of taste. The Onion Pizza from Coburg Pizza Company was one of the top three pizzas I've had in my life. Our party had a salad, Onion Pizza, and a Calzone. All were good, with the pizza being world-class. However, you should not go there expecting fast service because you won't get it. Service was unapologetically slow. There was a steady stream of customers, both for dine-in and take-out. Because of the large customer load, the parking lot was so crowded that I had to park on the street."
