"Absolutely dismal in store experience. The employees completely ignore people at the counter and prioritize customers in the drive through. I can't even rate the food because after the lady behind the counter looked through me for the 5th time I left. Do better."

"Terrible service, food, everything. They charged me $2 extra for a very small amount of ghost pepper sauce added to my 2 value menu burgers. They didn't mention the insane cost of their sauce until it was too late. The amount of sauce in total was less than 1 sauce container. How is that $2???"

"I have always been a believer in saving a buck, especially with fast food and Wendy's has never been on that list of cheap places. Though the haven't done much to change in that regard I will say that if you have an extra buck the quality of food is definitely worth spending it at Wendy's and this Wendy's in particular has really great staff who are patient and helpful. So I'd like to say thank you to the management of this establishment and whom ever is responsible for hiring has a great eye for people with people skills."
