"MOD now has breakfast pizzas! This might just be an airport location option. It was delicious! Pictured is “The layover.” I’m a fan of MOD because their ingredients are fresh, the pizzas cook so fast, and they let you customize the pizza without additional cost. At the airport this is an easy to carry, easy to eat standing up or sitting down, not unhealthy option. You can add a ton of veggies or get a gluten free or cauliflower crust if you want. This is now my new go-to Portland airport meal. Next time I’m going to try “The red eye” breakfast pizza."
