Pizza Hut

"Disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. Found a hair in my pizza, and the employee's response (Brandon)was dismissive and rude. Unhygienic practices and unprofessional service are unacceptable. Will not be returning." Also per the employee Brandon's response, he told me the claim was outrageous and to speak with a manager I originally told him it's ridiculous to say it was outrageous, it's not as if I haven't ordered plenty other times from this same pizza hut. Anyways I will be calling Brandy the manager since I cant seem to get one when speaking with Brandon."

"We ordered pizza delivery through this location. Went to eat it and there was a super long pubic hair on the pizza. I looked over the pizza and found 3 more. Like they were purposely put there. We called and spoke to Brandon, he said it was an outrageous claim and basically tried blaming us. I asked for the manager and he said Brandy told him to have us call in at a later date. So disgusting. I of course didn't eat the pizza after seeing the hair on it."

"My roommate coerced me into ordering from here and volunteered to pick it up. Regardless, she seemed to like hers but my pepperoni pan pizza was lacking in the cheese department. I don’t expect to see gobs of cheese but let me tell you, I at least expect full and even coverage, even if thin. I do not expect but received gaps of cheese where a fair amount of sauce seeped through. It looked sloppy, unappealing, and judging by the other reviews, this sort of negligence is not uncommon. Pizza Hut is out."

"Imagine you just worked 18 hours and your tired, so you pull your phone out and order a large super supreme with stuffed crust add a little extra cheese, bam it's coming. You pay for all the extras and give the driver a tip on the app so he don't feel left out and it arrives. You open the box and there it is a soggy thin crust supreme, kinda hot no receipt, no extra cheese, no stuffed crust, no super just the worst pizza you've seen in a minute and guess what you just paid for this. This is my experience 1/7/24 around 11pm now I'm angry, hungry and tired. It's to late to order from somewhere else, pizza hut is already closed and I gotta be at work at six what a dilemma. Worst experience ever and to top it all off management and the corporate definitely know this is happening not just to me and it still happens."

"It takes exactly 3 things to make a pizza: dough, sauce and topping. This Pizza Hut couldn't manage to keep that straight. The pizza had no sauce, which is pretty important, don't you think? The receipt for the order that was "checked for quality & accuracy" very clearly states their shorthand for Classic Marinara Sauce on both halves of the pizza. I didn't get what I paid for. Why does this not surprise me when the female at the counter failed to greet me or even acknowledge my presence for an uncomfortable amount of time while she stared at her screen. Customers and making pizza are, apparently, just an inconvenience to their day. Maybe find a new line of work? Pizza Hut should pull this location's franchise. I've never seen anything like it."
