"Went in for lunch today and ordered a #10 with peppers and onions. Got back to work and... no peppers or onions. Called the store and they said I had to bring the sandwich in and they would make me another. I said I was back at work over the bridge in Vancouver. They said sorry. Really? You screw up my order and I have to take time off work to come get it remade? No credit? No coupon? I've probably ordered ~50 sandwiches from JJ over the last 3 years. I was bummed when they recently raised prices and started with the tipping screen. You want me to tip for service before the service? Or you want to guilt me into paying the wage of your underpaid workers? Well I tipped before service and when my order was screwed up, no service. I think I'm done with JJ."

"Went to the register to order food on Sunday 10-8-23 at 2:00PM.. A girl named Maria took our order and was going to charge us $45.00. We asked her how can it be $45.00? She replied by saying:"Oh, I made a mistake. Its actually $34.00. When we we got our food, I ordered a giant turkey sandwich and it looked small. We ate our food and when we got up to leave, we saw giant sandwiches being made and they served me a small sandwich and charged me for a giant. My mother in law discovered that they also overcharged her $2.40 on another order. The manager reimbursed her the $2.40 but didnt reimburse us for overcharging us on the sandwich. Never felt so scammed at a restaurant and will never go there again."

"The spicy Italian is amazing here. It’s so convenient to be able to order through the app while leaving work and just showing up and grabbing your order right away fresh and ready to go can’t ask for better than that plus on the app you can choose any additional add-ons and extras the fully loaded Italian Spicy or non-spicy is my favorite of all time."
