"Had the car in for an oil leak, and the gasket got pinched during the re-install so I had to bring it back the next week. Ufo made the process of getting a loaner and the issue corrected pain free."
"Had to make an appointment 3 days out to bring the car in. Said it would take 3-5 days to diagnose. On day 5 I called and it rolled twice until voice-mail. I was driving though and drove straight there. Was there within 7 minutes. I walk in and 3 service techs are sitting there and we're all available to help me. They said the nrchanic expected to ve done today. Then we got a call that they needed 2 more days. Communication is terrible. Don't bother calling just go there but you will still get bad info. I wish I paid attention to the fact that theor service dept has 3.6 stars."
"Did not have a good experience with their service department. They were unable to root cause a simple steering stiffness issue. They did not even notice it at first, even after I explicitly asked them to take a look. Later, they kept it for another duration promising to take a look but they find nothing wrong with it. It’s beyond ridiculous. Avoid going to their service."
"Their service is very good however, I have called the service department 2 times in the last 2 weeks with a couple questions. They were busy so I left a message with their concierge service. No one returned my calls."
