"I showed up to Washington Square Dental late for my very first appointment with them. As soon as I got in, the entire staff was exceptionally accommodating. They welcomed me in, and got to work right away. Dr. Ji and the dental assistants were extremely skilled. They explained everything they were performing and Dr. Ji even had a 1:1 conversation with me to talk about results and future steps. He explained things that caught his attention, things that would need to be checked up on later down the road, was very receptive to my questions, and explained results in layman’s terms so they were easy to understand. I have never had an experience like this at a dental office before and I’m actually excited to go back to the dentist! (That has got to be the first time in history someone has said that).
