"I came in after years of no care and dental anxiety- they fixed me up like new in the same day! Very glad to have found this dentist and office. The Dr Lam was gentle and patient- she made sure my crowns were shaped perfectly and that I was comfortable (Ear plugs! Sunglasses! PLENTY of topical numbing before the hardcore numbing!). Happy to be back on track with my dental care and my Invisalign retainers fit over the crowns with no issues."

"I saw Dr. Lam in mid December. I was in a lot of pain and was looking to get relief and treatment options. Dr. Lam was very rude upon entering the patient room, she did not explain treatment options clearly. I felt pressured into making a decision. It seemed as though she was in a hurry and had no empathy or patience. Dr. Lam did not prescribe antibiotic for infection or pain medication. On multiple occasions Dr. Lam stated that she was confusing me with another patient which left me in shock. Thanks to Dr. Lam I spent most of the holiday season in pain and discomfort. I have never been treated so poorly by a health care professional without any cause or reason. I am currently getting the proper treatment and care elsewhere. I do not recommend Dr. Lam and hope she doesn't make anyone else go through the physical and emotional hardship that I went through due to her lack of profesionalism and poor dental practice."

"My wife and I had our first visit today and the experience was incredible. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Lam did a great job with the exam and crown. They machine the crowns in the office while you wait. No labs and double appointments! Office manager did a great job explaining insurance coverage and my responsibility. "I really wanted to like it here, but had negative experiences both times I visited. During my first visit (6 months ago), I learned after I arrived that they did not have a hygienist on staff and were in the process of hiring one. I waited for long periods of time in the waiting room and dental chair. The dentist was friendly, but also complained a lot about how all hygienists were asking for too much money and that’s why they had not hired one yet. It just felt a little disrespectful to complain about a profession that they work so closely with. The actual cleaning was done by the dentist, and it was fine, but obviously not something they do all the time, so it was not an ideal situation. I spent probably 1.5 hours just waiting around because the dentist had to be in so many places at once. During my second visit, the hygienist had called out sick about an hour before my visit. I think the staff was in the process of calling people to let them know but I didn’t know until I walked in. I wasn’t interested in waiting a long time (again) so I canceled and left. The front desk staff are really friendly and nice. I’m sure all the other dentists are nice too. I think if you’re coming for actual dental work, it’s a fine option. I really only need cleanings though, and it’s not a good fit. It doesn’t feel like they value their hygienists. I don’t know the inner workings of a dental clinic so I could be so off base, but it seems like you would want at least 2 hygienists working each day to prevent situations like this. Or at least a back up/“substitute” for sick calls."
