"Waited 40 mins for a cleaning but was told they didn’t have time to clean my teeth. I specifically scheduled a cleaning. My appointment was rebooked multiple times. I was treated like a new patient even though I have been with Gentle Dental for over 5 years. This place is terrible. This is not the first time they have had incompetent employees. Will never give them my business again. *responding to comment* You have my phone number on record if you wanted to call to hear me repeat what I already said. Side note, I went to a different dentist, didn’t wait 40 mins, got the cleaning I requested. No rescheduling or long wait times. The problem is your office."

"This review is specifically for ortho Dr. Hoops and the oral surgeon Dr.Wang! They have always treated my kids with kindness, I have never seen such care and compassion to make sure the patient is comfortable. Dr. Wang just took out my sons wisdom teeth, he really is personable and gentle, he spoke with my son about extracurricular things to ease his mind, he really took the time to make sure my child knew what was going to happen, Dr Wang kept communication after the surgery…even on a Sunday to make sure my child was doing okay. I have never seen such care and my family will continue going to gentle dental, thank you Dr Hoops and Dr wang!"

"What a wonderful dental experience! From my initial exam to two sets of X-rays, a deep cleaning and four tooth extractions I can't be too positive about the staff. Dr. Trivedi and Dr. Wang are true professionals with great personalities; they instill confidence with their advice and decisions about your dental care. Robin, Denise and Shayla all deserve kudos for their friendly and caring approach to the patient. I'm in my 70's and I must say this was, bar none, the very best dental care I've ever had. I do have one area of concern: The waiting area is terrible. The furniture looks like it was purchased at a backwoods garage sale. The seats are torn and you think, "Oh no, what kind of place is this?" Much like eating with your eyes before you even taste your meal my first impression was less than good, or fair. It couldn't possibly be overly expensive to get some new chairs. Try ignoring the waiting area and look forward to some really friendly, compassionate care from evreyone in the office."
