"Loved the earrings I bought, but when I wore them for the first time one of the charm bangles came off and was lost. I emailed the store two weeks ago with a photo, asking that a charm be mailed to me and I’d be happy to put it on. I understood that a local person made them, or so I was told. I never heard back. I went to a jewelry supply store today and purchased a new one for myself to make the repair. Nice stuff, but poor customer service."
