"They have the best pizza in Salem. Hands down. Period. It's the Sicilian pizza of the PNW. Great price for a slice! The owner is very kind to everyone who comes into his restaurant."
"This pizza place is absolutely filthy. But don't take my word for it, just look at the photos I took. These are a small sampling of the egregious violations I noticed packed into this small space. I can't even imagine what the back of house ingredient storage looks like. I also didn't get a picture of the worst part, the flies. When I went in there were a half dozen flies buzzing around the tables, the kitchen counter area. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Dust, dirt, grime, food residue, and mystery stains galore decorate the restaurant from floor to ceiling. The actual food itself, not bad. The crust was crispy, it's better than chain pizza like dominoes but then again it's also quite a bit more expensive. Considering the food alone, it is just barely worth the price. There are better options in Salem. This brings me to the second problem. It took 50 minutes for my order to be ready. And I wasn't exactly here at rush hour, there was one other couple in the restaurant. I have no idea what took so long, but it took nearly an hour to get a basic menu pizza. That's really not acceptable for a place that makes nothing but pizza. We weren't warned about any kind of longer than usual wait times, so I guess if you go here expect to wait 45-60 minutes if you order a fresh pizza, longer of they are busy. If you're in a hurry, they can brush the flies off the stale pizza sitting out and warm you up a slice. I only recommend one person visit this restaurant in the near future, and that is the health inspector."
"Keeps it humble, keeps it simple, and it keeps me coming back. Their appeal is punctuated by their friendliness. Delicious, thin and plentiful pizza - there isn't a whole lot that needs to be explained. You pick your options. As of this writing, they accommodate indoor and outdoor seating, however limited and "cozy" - not "cramped," but room enough to enjoy a quick meal and a piece of calm from an otherwise stressful and busy world, if only for a few bites. Their by-the-slice pizza keeps people coming back through their doors, and - from personal experience - their delivery is also a delicious draw. As a frequent enjoyer, I prefer their approach over most other bigger players in town. Their menu caters to all appetites and sensibilities. But it's the down-to-earth quality that keeps me coming back. 10/10, this pizzeria is doing it right."
"Great place to pop in and grab a slice of pizza. My son and I found a booth and enjoyed the large pizza voices, he got plain cheese and I had the Marguerite. Very tasty. The tip of my sons pizza broke off and fell to the floor. He got a second slice for free. I would say check this place out the next time your craving for some pizza."
"The pizza was mediocre and felt pretty dry. I would have maybe given three stars, but part of my order was done incorrectly. When I called in the order, I asked for a dozen chicken wings, half with bbq sauce and half just plain. I made it very clear I did not want buffalo sauce (since I can’t handle spicy food very well) and the receipt even said 6 plain wings; instead, I got buffalo sauce. That seems like an easily preventable mistake. The wing meat was quite good, actually, but after the ones with the buffalo sauce my lips were numb, eyes watery, and who knows how my lower half will do later. Also, either the prices on the website are wrong or I was overcharged. Online it says the large Combination pizza is $29 and a dozen wings are $10 (I was charged $30 and $12, respectively)."
