"Great experience. I was getting some wheel bearings, grease, and seals for an old custom dump trailer named "Rusty" with an axle off who knows what. No make or model to go off of. This shorter woman with dark hair, super friendly, name starts with a T Tara?? Possibly! Anyway. She found everything. She had these measuring instruments, got these catalogs out, and got her hands all greasy. I was so impressed. They better hold on to that one. NAPA had it all. I was dreading doing that job, and it went like a breeze."
"Sent a 57 flywheel in for a resurface. Was told it would be a week due to it being sent to the Dalles. That was no problem, no big hurry. After Joe inspected the flywheel he held up and called me with his inspection and told me it had a ring gear tooth issue. I appreciated the call so I could make a judgment call to do the job or not. Ultimately I had him replace the gear as well. Thanks Joe"
