"I bought the passenger swivel adapter for my Promaster, and purchasing from SprinterStore was far and way the most economical product I found when comparing options. I will say there was limited install instructions provided with the product which is why I docked 1 star, but when I reached out to customer service, their team was quick to respond and sent videos to walk me through it, which was very helpful. Would recommend to other van enthusiasts"

"I thought, based on some of the reviews, that I might have a bad experience. It was the opposite. I had a leak in my air suspension system on my Tiffin Wayfarer that I couldn't locate myself. They found the leak as well as some other issues and fixed everything at a very reasonable price. Next problem, I'll be taking my rig here."

"I was hesitant to work with these folks based on reviews I read, but was pleasantly surprised. They helped me purchase and install an Amp Research Power Step on a 2023 AWD Sprinter. If you ask Amp directly, they’ll tell you they don’t even make that product for a 2023 Sprinter. They have the appropriate brackets and expertise and made it happen. There were some issues with one of the steps catching on the van itself, they had to do extra work to make it work. They even had me come back a week later to make sure the work was finished quality and to my liking. Great customer service and follow through."

"Total Rip off and zero honesty in this company! We placed and order for 4 wheels on our van. After a week we contact them for an updated. They said order will be shipped out within few days and tracking number will be updated. Now we are 3 weeks later and got an email that they want $115 MORE for each that makes $345 price increase. When I called and put questions they hangup on us. Their web still reflects the price we paid and every were online the price are the same. Don't waste your time and money here."

"Made my first purchase on 2/10/2023 and although I received the order within a week (2/15/2023), there was an error. After reading some of the negative reviews I was prepared for a less than positive interaction when calling to remedy. However, to my delight, I had a great conversation with Arthur who not only acknowledged the mistake, he took ownership of the issue and asked how he could help. After reviewing the order Arthur took proactive action to create a new order and ship it promptly at no cost to me on 2/16/2023. It appears that there was a change in management and the new leadership is course correcting on customer service and from my perspective, that's a positive."
