"I have had the opportunity to work with the good folks at Line-X in Tualatin twice. The first time was when I needed to get my AMP Research PowerStep fixed. I had just purchased the car used, and had no idea where to go to get the issue resolved. Took it to the Dealer who informed me that they did not work on after market parts. Took it to a mechanic that works on my other cars, and they could not help me out either. Googled AMP Research and found a dealer in Tualatin - Line-X. Took the Tahoe in, and they identified the issue, ordered the replacement part and had it taken care of within 48 hours. They solved a problem that no one else could help me out with. The second time they helped me identify a problem with a rattle, that no else could identify - figured out the source of the problem as a broken spring in the Exhaust System baffle within 15 minutes of receiving the vehicle, and called me before I even had time to return hope. They could not fix the issue, but provided me with two referrals where I could go to get the issue resolved. They made things very easy and a pleasure to work with. I will be going there for any aftermarket accessories that I might need in the future and highly recommend them."
