"My only heat had its fan go out. Facing below 30 degree temperatures I called diamond heating to see if they could fit me in before the big freeze, they did. Since the Majestic fireplace insert they sold me in 2001, an excellent and dependable unit, needed a new fan and even though they no longer carried this product, they made room in their schedule to instal the new fan. Damian, the technician they sent was personable, knowledgeable, and installed the fan, helped me clean the glass and made sure everything worked before he left. Diamond heating stands by a unit they no longer carry and provided service when I really needed it. This is a company I feel you can depend on because they care and hire technicians that you can depend on."
