"Had a terrible coffee today and went back to politely ask if the lady at the front could remake it. She tried to argue and refused to remake it. I've had coffee at a lot of places with 4 shots and this tasted completely burnt."

"The barista with the red hair was SO rude. It was a loud busy day in the seaside mall, and she was whispering her questions to us. We had to kindly ask her to repeat herself, which she then proceeded to YELL it at us in a very rude tone. What a rude, incapable member of staff. She was HORRIBLE. We almost walked out, but decided to give her the business still, as we just wanted a small mocha. Nothing special. The coffee was burnt on top of it all. Horrible experience, with a truly horrible employee. A shame, considering it’s a very nice and neat coffee shop."
