His support team in the office handles appointments and communication with the customer beautifully. "Hello! I reached out to Coast Heating & cooling in late November 2023. I worked with both Alex and Ron to finalize my configuration and the related proposal. Following homework on my end and input from CHA… I chose to utilize a Daikin Multi-Zone unit for my residence in Rockaway Beach, OR. Materials were ordered and received in a timely manner and the system installation was scheduled accordingly. Installation was initiated and January 12th and completed over two days with zero issues. The guys were timely, well organized, and professional. Shout out to both Casey and Tyler for all their help and assistance in meeting my requirements. The install is clean and inconspicuous from the exterior… looks great! And many thanks to Rachel for maintaining communications and helping coordinate the initial walk-thru and installation. Communication was great!! Having utilized the system now for several weeks, I’m very pleased with the operation, ease of use and welcome the fact of maintaining a comfortable temperature and humidity at all times. The system works as advertised! I also received my ‘Registration Certs’ upon installation confirming a 12-year warranty on all serialized units. I would highly recommend. Thank you!"

"During the recent freezing weather, the gas fireplaces at both my home and my mom's place were not working. Coast Heating & Cooling was easy to get on the phone and quickly scheduled house calls for both homes.
