"The guy taking our order was extremely rude, and it took over 10 minutes to make 2 Blizzards for my wife and I. When we got home the Blizzards were completely wrong, the next day my wife and I had food poisoning. Such a bad experience will never go here again.. wow shame on this company for allowing such standards.."

"My daughter was so excited to order an ice cream cake for her birthday. The employees really struggled with the order and told me there were issues on what colors they were allowed to use. I told them that we can be flexible, the icing colors really don't matter. She is just excited for first ice cream cake. Well when we went to try it the blue frosting all along the bottom edge and all along the top tastes like nail polish remover! Like we are eating acetone. It's so gross and makes me really nervous about what is in the cake. I assume an employee used a chemical cleaner for a piece of equipment and then didn't clean it out properly. It tastes like a health code violation and it was a massive disappointment for my daughter. And a waste of $30."

"Visited on 10/08/2023. We wanted a late night snack, but this DQ was the only option in town. We went through the drive through and there were only two workers there, so the service was slow but friendly. The food however, was just not good. We got the pretzel sticks and cheeseburger as part of a 2 for $5 deal, and unfortunately it just was not satisfying and did not hit the spot, even for fast food. Disappointing."

"So my family and i went here tonight and it was a terrible experience, food was actaully decent but we sat down and some lady walks in and was screaming at the ladies working because i guess they didn’t wash there hands after coming off there break smoking and touched there food, I and my family witnessed the lady smoking in the back where the food was getting made and she set the cigarette down and came in without washing her hands bagging food without gloves. I also ordered a blizzard and i got a sundae instead of a blizzard, i went back up to the counter and asked for what i payed for and went and sat down and waited a hour and had to walk up there and i honestly didn’t care at that point i just walked out and forgot about it. I highly do NOT recommend going to this fast food. THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME SERIOUS HELP!"

"I wish that I did not have to write this comment on this, but I do. Two weeks ago, I visited your Dairy Queen in Garibaldi to order my takeout for dinner. I should have walked out because it was so dirty. Everything, dirty windows, floors had fries, napkins and a lot of dirt everywhere. There were only two of us ordering inside the dining room. The gentleman promptly took my order. I just happened to look at the cook, and she was wearing house slippers the whole time while grilling and deep frying. With all the grease and food on the floors, that was a real problem waiting to happen. As I mentioned, the eating area looked like it had not been cleaned in days. With 40 some years in food service myself, the last thing I want is to have Dairy Queen shut down In our little town, I know it is tough to find help that puts their hearts into the job. Thank you for your time and having a restaurant here. Many of us would be really sad to see it shut down. Thank-You!"
