"I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog Franklin to Dogtopia for his first-ever day of pet daycare, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and genuine care from the staff were palpable. It’s evident they’re not just there to do a job; they truly care about the well-being and happiness of each dog. Throughout the day, the staff engaged in constant interaction with the dogs, ensuring they were not just looked after but also mentally and physically stimulated. This level of attention and dedication is something I greatly appreciate, as it gives me peace of mind knowing Franklin is in good hands and having a great time. The facility itself felt very welcoming and had a sweet atmosphere that both Franklin and I instantly loved. It’s clear that Dogtopia isn’t just a daycare; it’s a place where dogs can thrive, socialize, and be part of a loving community. "I left my dog here for daycare during the day and they were always sweet to him when I dropped him off. I like that there are cameras there and you can check in to see what your dog is doing whenever you want. The only negative is that for whatever reason my dog is always exceptionally thirsty upon pick up, (so I always greeted him with a water bowl). Other than that, staff is nice and he always smelled good upon pickup!"

"I had a meet and greet with the groomer. Told her exactly what i wanted in his cut. When she brought Smokey out he was just like I wanted. .......Until I got him home and started looking him over. He had razor burns all over his face. I don't know what they did to his ears. I put meds on him and after 3 days of shaking the 4th he threw up and wouldnt eat. I took him to his vet. An ear infection for sure and the itching , he wouldn't stop. I emailed my pictures the very next day and as of today NO RESPONCE. That was the 20 for cut and email on 21. Now for the picture..... I will NEVER EVER TAKE HIM BACK THERE!!!!"
