"Private training was never finished by the owner of this business nor was my request to finish answered. Per our initial meeting, we discussed that emergency recall outside would be trained and that never occurred. I was asked to purchase a 30' training lead, which was also never used by trainer. Trainer failed to show up twice. The 2nd time, she did not offer an explanation nor did she respond to my communication about it. My primary goal for my dog was loose-leash walking and we didn't finish it. Appointments were often rescheduled on her end, which I did understand, but communication for new dates would take between 7-10 days on her part. I am very disappointed with the level of service."

"Britney was amazing on teaching us ways to handle our new rescue dog. He started off only liking us and did not like to socialize or deal with people. Today he had has last in home training and he has changed so much for the better. I cannot express how helpful the training was for him but for us also. Britney is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how to better understand how he communicates so we can better assist him to make him comfortable. He now goes to welcome people instead of just barking and being scared the whole time anyone is over. He is still protective of us, but has learned the difference and that not everyone is a threat."

"Leave it" is most valuable when out in public visiting. Britney gives humans insight on animal behavior and tried and true techniques to motivate and train dogs to be on their best behavior.
