"So I go to checkout and am fighting with the lady trying to scan my ID and items because overnight the self checkouts are no longer self checkout and now I'm not supposed to be touching the scanner. Yet it's still one person now apperently in charge of 2 checkout lanes however tf that is supposed to work smoothly with customers piling up. Absolutely rediculous concept. I'll be sticking to Lowes from now on as I'm not standing in line waiting behind 30 people while some little old lady shuffles around trying to checkout between self checkout lanes."
"It was great except. As a Veteran you have to now download the app and register in order to get your Veteran Discount. In my opinion it is just another way to collect and sell your data. I may rethink on using Home Depot in the future."
