"I have a beautiful Aussie. When I dropped him off I was very Adamant that I didn’t want anything more than a one inch cut. I know that he was in need of grooming and had matting on his back legs. This woman cut his fur completely off!!!! When asked why she didn’t call me and ask me if I wanted her to do it she only acted smug about it. I will NEVER use her again! She ruined my dogs fur. I was told “it will grow back”. Well if she knows anything about this breed she should know that it won’t grow back normal! The place smells like cigarette smoke as well! YUCK! Please do yourself a favor and never use her."
