"I called to make an appointment for my dog and the people were rude!!! I've used them before and they had stuck up attitudes then but this recent encounter was ridiculous! They need serious extensive learning on HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER! I did not appreciate even how the manager handled the situation "well I heard the whole thing" well hunny you need new ears cause you obviously wasn't listening hard enough. Learn how to talk to people period."
"One of the best in the business. We’ve been taking our dogs here for over 10 years and when we pull up to the door they get excited. As with all bad reviews it seems like there is a lack of communication on the part of the dog owner. As a dog owner I also realize the staff can’t be with our dogs 24 hours a day as we are. If your dog has a need it’s been my experience the staff will accommodate you and your pet. Just tell them! The staff are dog lovers and it shows."
"My short-haired dog and cat both get baths and nail trims here. When I was working more hours I would utilize the daycare option for my dog. He gets so excited when we pull up. Good people and great service."
