"I’ve used Andy to install pool and replace liner twice. I’ve called for a month now trying to get new liner installed. Not 1 call returned. A month later his message now says he will not install new liners but there are other people that can do that! Wow. So basically screw you. I can only do installs because it’s more money, but don’t be loyal unless you get a new pool. So disappointing!"

"Been on waiting list six weeks. Was told would call the Sunday before install week for a day. Didn’t receive a call till the next day stating I wasn’t on the schedule until the week after. Totally fine, waited again and did not receive a call at all and left voicemail with no call back. Received a call at the end of the week asking if he can come open boxes and put pieces together to leave them out for another week before install. Absolutely not. Have multiple animals on property and he made it seem like he’s trying to “squeeze us in” because he forgot we were on the list. Very unprofessional business for ducky’s having them as a contractor."
