"They only survive because of necessity. The young employees are slow, the older employees are asleep. The whole front counter is filled with junk so the employees can hide. The above ground swimming pools must sell themselves, because there isn’t a way that the employees over there have selling tactics. Some employees want to help you, but only so they can go back to looking at their phones. And if they do help you, they act as if you awoke them from a nap. Go to Clearwater for good chlorine prices. Other than that, they could care less."

"The first time a buyer there and will be my last. I have ordered a waster from them. The guy told me it would be on Thursday or Friday. I have a call Thursday and the guy says is coming in today. It shows on the computer. Call back. It is not here so check Friday. Call Friday it coming today because it didn't come in yesterday. It didn't show up Friday. Call Monday it should come in today. Guess what? It didn't come in. In my view. Don't go here because u will be waiting a long time. My advice go somewhere else to get your stuff. I went to another place. and got my washer. The other place was cheaper too. I needed a special washer that I only can get at the pool place. If u see this place. Press the gas and pass it up."

"I purchased a 12k Hotsprings spa from these people . The first spa was defective and it took 3 months to replace . The next spa has also had defective parts - the cover has been letting rainwater in every time it rains - meaning I have to go empty the spa with a bucket to normal water level and rebalance the chemicals . I called september 10th 2021 about the cover and just this month in august they dropped off another cover but neglected to attach it to the mount . They just left it on the side of my house . Additionally, the circulation pump went out on Feb 11, 2022 and they have yet to replace it , despite calling every week . All these parts are under warranty . My spa is just a cesspool covered in mold in my backyard now . Can I give zero stars ?"
