"So Im all about supporting SMALL businesses in my community....especially when they are referred as a repeatable one. Unfortunately my family and I found out the hard way that this was not the case. He was able to accommodate my design, however the workmanship was sub par. Steppers that extend across the pool have crumbled with in 12 months. When we tried to have them fixed I was told that hurricane Ida created the damage. Not sure how a flooded pool broke my concrete steppers. Than I receive a notice from St Tammany pariah stating that a lien was going to put on my hone for not pulling permits for my pool pre and post construction. To include no electrical permits. As a reult I had to gite an attorney to fight the charges. 2 years later my lights are no longer working.....augh. Very frustrating. Just to confirm this is 100% accurate this company is no longer licensed to operate in St Tammany parish. Always check reviews before hiring a company. Looking out for others in my community."

"Have been trying to get in touch with them for over a month about a salt cell replacement. They have never once returned a voicemail or answered the phone. Now I get a message that their voicemail is full. The one time they picked up they said the person said they were in a meeting and would call me back. They never did. Would avoid in the future"

"Quality of work is excellent, customer service is the exact opposite. Hard to communicate with them to fix issues with our pool. Months of trying to get an answer to why we are having the issuesand how to get them fixed, finally called it quits and went to another company."
