"Beware of this company. Very questionable quality and even more unprofessional. I paid 12k for a new hvac system and JC services “forgot” to register the equipment, resulting in 5 years of warranty being forfeited. Condensate line installed improperly, causing system to frequently trip and drain directly under my house. When I recently had a problem with the system and asked about the warranty, JC Services was unresponsive and ultimately told me it was my problem and offered no assistance."
