"Was in a bind with no hot water starting on a Saturday holiday weekend and an out of warranty water heater. Googled a possible fix replacement part. Got that on Monday - didn't fix it. ::sad face:: Called the plumbers that installed it 8yrs ago to get an estimate for possible repair. They sent someone over. Next day, never heard back about the status (and still haven't ::another sad face::). Called another plumber I've worked with before and they were backed up (no pun intended) but recommended Saia. Called Saia and was offered the possibility to get it done same day! Called me back to confirm they could do it that day! Now I have a new water heater with a much better warranty. The guys that came out were very nice, professional and got the work done. There was one special need for a slightly smaller pan due to the space being a little snug near a washer/dryer, but they made it happen!
