"I am so shocked that this place has a 4.8 rating. I NEVER leave reviews but this company was so unprofessional. Came to my home to fix a dryer, charged me almost $500. The dryer still did not work. I called them back out and they said it would be around another $350-$400 to fix. That’s a brand new dryer. When I reached out again they never responded! So basically I payed $500 for a dryer to still be broken and they basically do not care! Very disappointing!"

They arrived exactly on time, completed the complex repair job (replacing the broken gear drive on trash compactor) quickly and cleanly. The team was professional in every respect. "Cannot vouch for Professional Appliance more! They were early for the appointed time, called us to let us know, and even asked if they were too early! Changed a part that turned out not to solve the problem but would have required another disassembly to uninstall, so instead left it in the unit and said they would not charge for it! (I insisted on paying anyway.) Small family owned business! Great folks! (James is one hell of a nice guy!) It’s not like I want my appliances to break, but if they do, I know who I’m calling!"
