"I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve gotten exceptional service. Today I needed some links taken out of a watch that I’ve had for a few weeks. Service was quick and friendly. I was told the price beforehand and even looked at purchasing some earrings for my daughter. Every time I end up spending way too much time talking with these good people. I don’t feel overcharged or pressured to buy anything. They have an extensive collection of all things that go tic-toc-tic-toc. I will continue to drive 30 minutes for this great service."

"Went to have a battery replaced in my watch. DONE ON THE SPOT. Went back months later to get a watch band on a different watch. They didn't have it. She helped me find it on Amazon, and told me to come back and they would put it on. $10.00 I think that was fair P.S. Going back tomorrow to get my Seicko divers watch repaired After 43 years, it's starting to loose time."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spent $160 to have my watch face replaced and the battery changed out. I picked the watch up yesterday and today noticed that the watch was not working. I called to ask to confirm if in fact the watch battery was changed and the rude man on the phone told me he couldn’t confirm that and I’d need to bring it back into the store for him to check. I asked if he could look it up and he said he could but it would just say it was done but he doesn’t know who did it and if it was in fact done or not without checking. When I told him that was horrible customer service to charge people for services he could not verify was done, he hung up on me. Stay clear of this place and do not give them your money!!!! They are rude and do not stick behind the quality of their work!"
