"We doing some last minute Xmas shopping the Tuesday before Xmas and I seen some nice shoes for my gf to wear to work. They didn’t have her size but the store clerk (who was really nice) told me that I can get them shipped the day before Xmas if I put in the order before 12 noon which was 15 away. At first I didn’t want to because I didn’t want to take a chance and the shoe not come until after Xmas but he ensured me that they would be there the day before and just in time to put under the Xmas tree. Today is Sunday the day before Xmas and I pulled up my tracking number to track it to see where it was and guess what, the shoes haven’t even left the facility California!!! I’m here in New Orleans and the shoes isn’t set to make it here until the 27th a Wednesday! TWO DAYS AFTER XMAS!!! I should have followed my first mind but the store clerk con me into getting them. I’ll bring them back to the store and let him know that they didn’t come on Sunday like he said. I had to go out before the stores close to get her another gift"

"They were super busy this past Friday, but still managed to provide me with a great experience. Eden was so sweet. She was helping multiple people, but still went out her way to gift wrap my purchase. She was very patient with each one of her customers and her energy was amazing. I will certainly return and hope she is on the clock to make the process such an easy one for me again. The gentlemen at the register was also very nice, as well as everyone else in the store."
