"Literally just left a place where they told us what it was worth in melt value (causeway coin - very very nice reputable place).. which was $112 for two 14k necklaces. They said it might be better to go to a pawnshop because the necklaces are complete and not broken. We come here and a guy with a rude attitude tells us he can offer $60. And I was shocked and he said that’s the gold value..um absolutely not. I would never return here ever again. Absolutely low balled me."

"I saw their commercial on TV and decided to bring in some rings I no longer wear. There was a kid working behind the counter who looked at them and offered a ridiculously low amount. I told him no way. I drove down the street to their competitor and was offered 50% more cash. I'm just stating facts so if you want a fair deal, avoid this place. Just look at all the poor reviews BJ's has."

"Who ever is Wandering ? If you’ve ever had bad a pawn experience you won’t receive it from this place , I recently made a few trips here for obvious reasons and I have to say the service was very pleasant, 1st I was helped quickly! 2nd I was not low balled for my item’s! 3rd I was made to feel comfortable with everything explained to me! But best of all Iv had the same consistent 5 stars service each trip there. Everyone there is incredible, however there is a individual that really stands out , ( Mr.Kurt ) , Can’t say enough about my pleasing experience with this gentleman, thanks all , and ask to speak with Him if this is your first trip, you won’t be disappointed!"

"I really really wish there was an option for 0 stars! I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so blatantly rude by a merchant that’s trying to make money in my life. I was next door shopping and decided to pop in and see about gaming systems for my kids. Just looking and shopping around, you know, like most smart normal ppl do before making a big purchase? I walked in and also noticed a great guitar I was considering for my daughter. When asked about gaming systems I was told what he had and showed one. The (I’m guessing owner) was very aggressive and made it known from the start he wanted me to buy his system or get out. I felt pressured and he had nothing but attitude and treated me as if I was wasting time by not just throwing a hundred and forty bucks at him for a gaming system that looked not in the greatest condition . He mentioned someone else backed out on a purchase now I see why. Once I politely told him that hat I did not get paid until next week but that I was considering coming back….( I was considering coming back for the three hundred dollar guitar I saw on the way in) before he could let me say that he cockickly told me with an Aristide to just come back next week and pulled the product away all the while making comments about how I shouldn’t shop until I have money and basically shoved a business card at me and then walked away! I told him never mind I wasn’t interested in doing business with him anyway and that I could see why he was having such a tough time moving his stock. I also threw the business card back down. I literally sat there stunned for a few seconds and Said ok a few times because I was so shocked and trying to process what just happened. This guy is a joke BJ’s pawn shop has HORRIBLE customer service. It only to me a 2 minute total interaction for me to realize this guy is garbage and treats ppl horribly. Needless to say I won’t be going back for the THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY dollar guitar I was pretty sure I was gonna go back and buy from him! And all because he wanted to be greedy over the 140$ Nintendo DS that looked like something had it in its mouth!"
