"I've been seeing Dr Jackson from September to April and still couldn't get a proper referral to a nero. The first referral was sent to a doctor not accepting new patients. The second was sent 3 separate times to the wrong fax number. I had to give them the correct fax number. Then no sign of the referral in the system whatsoever. I cried to Dr Jackson that something is wrong and I don't want to die, please help. Well the help came when a 3rd referral was sent to the wrong doctor but right address and was sent in the wrong format so it was in my medical history not sent as a proper referral should be which caused the insurance to reject it so now needing a 4th referral and obviously a new doctor because this is just a small part of the lies and run around to someone with stroke like symptoms. The wait time was always fast and the staff was always great just the malpractice and runaround and severe incompetence can be deadly.."

"I’ve been coming to this place for YEARS ! Dr. Jackson is an amazing doctor ! She’s patient, kind and very neutering ! Her assistant who assist her is as well amazing ! The receptionist who answers the phone to book appointments these past two days ( an older woman from the voice) is VERY RUDE ! On both encounters I’ve had with her via phone ! 3 stars because of Dr.Jackson; would’ve been 1 just because of the rudeness of the receptionist !"

"To be honest, I don't know why every one is complaining about the staff here. Have you ever thought maybe it's you that's the rude one and if you're being rude then they will be rude in return. I have not come across any rude staff here. Yeah the wait may be a little long, but that's a good thing, because that means, that the Dr actually takes their time with you and explains things to you. I like this Dr and the staff, they always treated me good. I think they are doing a.great job."
